Gemma 4 12B + Hermes Agent: Build Your Own AI Assistant

In this video I use Claude Code to set up Hermes Agent on a 16GB Mac Mini and plug it into a local Gemma 4 12B model, so the whole thing runs 24/7 with no API bills.
