God’s Eye View Just Got a Massive Upgrade

God’s Eye View just keeps blowing up. But what y’all are building is beyond my wildest imagination. In this update, I’m taking you through the community’s latest additions: weather systems and hurricane tracking, buses and trains moving through the city, more public CCTV cameras, fire perimeters, and recent satellite imagery you can compare across dates. Get the code + setup guide: https://github.com/bilawalsidhu/gods-eye-view Then we’ll plug in an SDR antenna to see what’s flying overhead, reconstruct a flight in 3D, draw directly on the map, and use Director Mode to tell a story with geolocated video and satellite imagery. A static 3D globe is cool. Bringing it to life is a different experience entirely. Huge thanks to everyone contributing -- we’re building this collective window through which we see the world. The hosted version is being tested; this is the waitlist. Some layers work without API keys, while Google 3D and voice need setup. License plate reader markers show mapped locations, not access to plate feeds.
