Why you still need human feedback

For all the time I spend moving work between models, the thing I genuinely cannot do without is people. Real ones. A small group of friends and colleagues who look at what I am building and tell me, plainly, this part is good and this part is not. If you do not have that, you are missing something the models cannot give you, and you probably do not even feel the gap. Here is why it matters more, not less, as AI gets better. The models tend to converge. Ask enough of them and you get a smooth, confident, agreed-upon answer, and it is easy to mistake that consensus for truth. But a single human who knows you, or knows your audience, or knows the situation, reacts in a way that is out of the ordinary, and that one odd reaction can show you the thing every model missed. That is not a nice-to-have. It is the part of the loop that keeps the work honest. It is also why the Slack community I run and the comments under these videos mean so much to me. People expose their thinking and let others push on it. Find people you can build with. You need them, and honestly, so do I.
